¿¬±¸¹æ¹ý: 2022³â 3¿ù 7ÀϺÎÅÍ 3¿ù 31ÀϱîÁö °æ»ó³²µµ J½ÃÀÇ ÀÏ ´ëÇк´¿ø¿¡¼­ Äڷγª19 ȯÀÚ °£È£ °æÇèÀÌ ÀÖ´Â °£È£»ç 162¸íÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ±¸Á¶È­µÈ ¼³¹®Áö¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ÀڷḦ ¼öÁýÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÀÚ·á´Â ±â¼úÅë°è, t-°ËÁ¤, ANOVA, Scheffe, Pearson »ó°ü°ü°è ¹× À§°èÀûȸ±ÍºÐ¼®À» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

¿¬±¸°á°ú: ¸ðÇü1¿¡¼­ Äڷγª19 ȯÀÚ °£È£Àǵµ¿¡ À¯ÀÇÇÑ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â º¯ÀÎÀº Äڷγª19 ÁßȯÀÚ °£È£°æÇè ±â°£ Áß 6°³¿ù~1³â ¹Ì¸¸(¥â= .29, p=.001), Äڷγª19 ȯÀÚ °£È£¾÷¹«Áö¿ø ÀÇ»çÀÇ ÀÖÀ½(¥â= .28, p=.001), º´¿ø»óȲ¿¡ µû¶ó(¥â= .35, p<.001) À̾ú´Ù. ¸ðÇü2¿¡ Ãß°¡·Î ÅõÀÔµÈ º¯Àεé Áß ÇÇ·Î(¥â=-.18, p=.008), °£È£Àü¹®Á÷°ü(¥â= .43, p<.001)Àº Äڷγª19 ȯÀÚ °£È£Àǵµ¿¡ À¯ÀÇÇÑ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ¸ðÇü2ÀÇ ÃÑ ¼³¸í·ÂÀº 47.0%À̾ú´Ù(F=16.93, p<.001, R2=.47).

°á·Ð: Äڷγª19 ȯÀÚÀÇ °£È£Àǵµ¸¦ ³ôÀ̱â À§Çؼ­´Â °£È£»çÀÇ ÇǷθ¦ ÁÙÀ̱â À§ÇÑ ÁßÀç Àü·«, °£È£Àü¹®Á÷°ü Á¦°í¸¦ À§ÇÑ ¿ª·® °­È­ ÇÁ·Î±×·¥, °£È£»çÀÇ »çȸÀû ÀÎ½Ä Á¦°í¸¦ À§ÇÑ Á¤Ã¥ÀÌ ¸¶·ÃµÇ¾î¾ß ÇÑ´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ È¯ÀÚÀÇ ÁßÁõµµ¿Í °¨¿°º´ °£È£¾÷¹«Áö¿ø Àǻ縦 °í·ÁÇÑ ¼øȯ±Ù¹«°¡ ¿ä±¸µÈ´Ù.

Purpose: This study aims to identify the factors?along the lines of fatigue, nursing professionalism, and the work environment?that affect the nursing of COVID-19 patients by nurses at a designated COVID-19 hospital in Korea.

Methods: Data were collected from March 7 to March 31, 2022 via structured questionnaires submitted by 162 nurses, and analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical regression analysis.

Results: In model 1, the variables among the general characteristics which significantly affect nursing intention are ¡°6 months to less than 1 year of nursing experience for severe COVID-19 patients¡± (¥â = .29, p = .001), ¡°having the volition to provide nursing support for future COVID-19 patients¡± (¥â = 0.28, p < .001), and the ¡°intention according to the hospital situation¡± (¥â = .35, p < .001). In model 2, fatigue (¥â = -.18, p = 0.007) and nursing professionalism (¥â = .43, p < .001) affect nursing intention. The total explanatory power of Model 2 is 47.0% (F = 16.93, p < .001, R2 = .47).

Conclusion: To increase nursing intention for COVID-19 patients, intervention strategies should reduce nurses¡¯ fatigue and introduce competency-strengthening programs as to improve nursing professionalism.
